Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, account, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Maintain positive brand representation in all interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (current high school student or recent graduate)
- Strong communication skills and clear speaking voice
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigation)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (minimum 15 hrs/week)
- Customer service mindset and patience
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
