Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet performance metrics while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills
- Uphold company values and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and authorized to work in the US
- High school student or recent graduate preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Tulsa facility
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week (afternoons/weekends)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
