Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer calls daily
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries
- Meet/exceed 95% customer satisfaction targets
- Document interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with support teams for complex issues
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM accurately
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings required)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
