Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing inquiries.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory (training provided for qualified candidates).
