Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently using company resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure quality service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve overall call center performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM and proficiency with computers.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
