Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before shipping and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and provide a valid ID.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
