Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift leads and team members to meet daily throughput targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
