Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory management using our modern WMS systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Package and label shipments accurately for domestic and international distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License (not required for all roles, but preferred).
