Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Assist with the stocking, organizing, and visual presentation of merchandise to ensure an inviting store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or customer service experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Must be available to work consistent weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is required to reach the San Francisco location.
- A positive mindset and a genuine willingness to learn are essential.
