Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during busy weekend rushes.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and maintain accurate cash drawers.
- Assist in store setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning operations as required by management.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
