Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile and a professional attitude.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with care and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with some flexibility for overtime.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
