Responsibilities

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Conduct regular briefings with the weekend team to align on daily goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or team leadership is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS equipment.
