Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm, professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operations: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Assist customers in finding the perfect products by explaining features, benefits, and answering detailed questions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to ensure store goals are met and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
