Our call center is located in the vibrant Buckhead district, easily accessible via MARTA. As a key member of our weekend team, you'll be the voice of our brand during high-traffic periods, ensuring seamless customer experiences that drive loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and product knowledge
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical support
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including handle time and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with weekend team members to escalate complex issues effectively
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Adhere to compliance standards for data security and privacy regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing proficiency (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate speech
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution capabilities
- Flexibility to work 8-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8am-6pm or 10am-8pm)
- Reliable transportation to Buckhead location
