Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer experience
- Adhere to strict compliance and data security protocols
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
