Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call resolution and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (25+ WPM)
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit location
