Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team to improve customer experience
- Adhere to compliance and security protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed 30+ WPM
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Customer service mindset with patience and adaptability
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
