Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 8am-6pm)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly setting
