Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and product support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call resolution rate (90%+) and customer satisfaction (95%+)
- Collaborate with Tier-2 support for complex technical escalations
- Participate in monthly team performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Maintain strict compliance with privacy regulations (CCPA/FERPA)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM software
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) required
- Spanish bilingual certification highly valued
- Positive attitude under pressure and multitasking ability
