Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls per weekend shift
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Participate in quarterly weekend team-building activities
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software and multitasking
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Nashville residency preferred
