- Participate in weekend training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) essential
- Philadelphia residency preferred
