Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Enter accurate data and maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and typing skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational schedule.
