Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
- Participate in weekend-specific training sessions
- Contribute to weekend team improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Resilience under pressure and problem-solving mindset
- Colorado Springs local residency required
