Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain call quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and skill development workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
- Maintain strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8-hour shifts)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Spanish bilingual skills a significant plus
