What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM).
