Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and billing processes
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet performance metrics including call quality and resolution targets
- Adhere to all compliance protocols and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
