Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support for 50+ daily customer inquiries
- Resolve technical issues using CRM knowledge base and ticketing systems
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic communication
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Document interactions in Salesforce with 99% accuracy
- Adhere to SLA response time standards (avg. <90s)
- Participate in weekly team performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (chat/email preferred)
- Exceptional written communication skills (native English proficiency)
- Proficient in Zendesk/Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask 5-7 concurrent chats efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 10am-6pm MST)
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for SaaS products
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
