- Product Support: Educate customers on our products and services, answering questions and explaining technical details simply.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot account issues and escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
