Responsibilities

- Sales Support: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet departmental targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications

- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
