Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be computer-literate with a typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
