Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Listen to customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
