Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, and live chat messages regarding products and services.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot customer concerns and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Process Orders: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and exchanges using our CRM system.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on our offerings and answer detailed questions with accuracy.
- Update Records: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to improve service delivery.
- Follow Protocols: Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
