Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and emails with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Document customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services to meet team targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
