Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience required
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional active listening and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and multitasking abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays/Sundays 8am-8pm)
