- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation support

Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable weekend availability
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas ID and ability to pass background check
