- Provide exceptional guest services at event check-in stations
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics setup
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professional courtesy
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team leads during peak event hours
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns
Qualifications
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-12AM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Flexible schedule for last-minute shift coverage
- Must pass background check and drug screening
