As a Weekend IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during critical off-hours. Your expertise will ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner using Jira or ServiceNow.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates on the weekend shift.
- Monitor system logs for anomalies and report potential security threats.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee office.
