Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime for our valued clients.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring technical trends and propose long-term solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on implemented solutions to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior staff members during the weekend shift when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office software suites.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
