Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal employees efficiently.
- Manage and respond to help desk tickets within strict SLA guidelines.
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems on-site.
- Perform regular system backups and security audits during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized server room and work area.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
