In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our clients remain satisfied. We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets and support requests during weekend shifts.
- Perform routine system maintenance and quality assurance testing to ensure system integrity.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the core team to ensure seamless service delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures and software tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and peripherals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems is a plus.
