Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Assist in deploying and configuring new workstations and software updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure 24/7 system availability.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve complex technical issues.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts.
