Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime during weekend shifts.
- Execute routine hardware and software maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and user issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all technical deliverables.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Adhere strictly to all company security protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-centric attitude.
