Responsibilities
- Provide expert Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols for the weekend workforce.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and backups.
- Monitor server health and respond immediately to alerts or incidents.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of mobile devices and peripherals.
- Document all technical resolutions and maintain an accurate IT ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Current A+ Certification or equivalent IT support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, VPN configurations, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) on a rotational basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
