Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend night shift operations and ensure team compliance with safety protocols
- Train and mentor 4-6 hourly staff members on standard procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Complete shift reports and document operational metrics
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout shift
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Valid California Driver's License (for occasional supply runs)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Spring Street location
