Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S standards and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks on all outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
