Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all team members.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for logging times and inventory.
- Willingness to work rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts.
