What You'll Do
As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in our supply chain. Your daily tasks will include:
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely handle freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Packaging & Labeling: Prepare products for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report on the condition of machinery and safety gear.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (10-hour shifts).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
