Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily logistics operations during assigned weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and facility cleanliness standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team of associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and communicate effectively with the support team.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
