Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate logistics activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity and reduce operational costs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to senior leadership
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
