Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification provided)
- Monitor real-time logistics data and resolve operational discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or operations experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software (training provided)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM shifts)
